Twitch Streamer Loses $5k at Blackjack

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past couple of years, you'll be aware that the streaming and gaming platform Twitch is now a big deal. How big? Well big enough for a Twitch streamer to lose $5K in front of 40,000 fans. The streaming platform was acquired by Amazon in 2014 for just under $1 billion. Presently there is around 3.8 million broadcasts each month. People watch others play video games (League of Legends being the most popular). Being able to watch and interact with players is what makes the platform so unique. Online poker has slowly risen to become a popular choice of viewing material. More especially when there is a large pot to play for.
