Coming from the Indian subcontinent, the poker variation of Teen Patti has become increasingly popular in the West. This is due to the fact that many online casinos now offer the game as a means of expanding their gaming portfolios. The game itself is a derivative of the traditional game of poker and can be played with between two and six players. The idea is that the players have a choice to play either "blind" or "seen." This refers to being able to see the cards or not after being dealt out.

Although the playing card, the Ace of Spades, probably means nothing if you're not into gambling or playing cards, it does have significant meaning across many cultures around the globe. For some unknown reason, it's commonly associated with death and as an omen of ill-fortune. This is perhaps due to the historic use of traditional playing cards as a form of divining the future. More recently, this idea was reinforced thanks to the US troops in Vietnam with the Ace of Spades used as propaganda.
